Welcome to Relevant Networks, LLC! The services you previously received from Grand Dial Communications will now be provided by Relevant Networks. We’re excited to start working with you!

Grand Dial’s staff has now been embraced by the Relevant team as Relevant employees. The official domain for Relevant is @relevantnet.com, and emails that you did receive from Grand Dial will now be sent to and from RelevantNet.com.

Grand Dial’s staff will still be the first line of contact for your account. If you use the email that you currently use for Grand Dial’s support desk, or if you call Grand Dial’s number, you will likely still be talking to Torin or Peter. If neither of them are available, you will be served by another member of the team, who will be happy to assist you!

We’re still working on migrating services to Relevant’s platform. We want to take our time to make sure the transition is done right. We will be reaching out to you soon to discuss the details.

What is happening with Grand Dial Communications?

Starting January 1, Grand Dial Communications has merged its services with Relevant Networks LLC. This includes a brand-new up-to-date phone platform! This merge will allow Grand Dial’s staff to continue supporting you and provide you with the services you expect from Grand Dial.

We are diligently preparing to make this migration as seamless as possible. You’re in good hands!

 

What is happening with my services?

We are working very hard to make this migration as minimal as possible. We want to make sure that you don’t see any disruption in service, or if you do, we will communicate that directly with you. We may need to work with you to make changes for some services. Every situation will be different.

 

What about Grand Dial’s staff?

We want to make sure that you continue to work with the people that know you and the people that understand your business or home. Grand Dial’s staff will continue to service your needs, and we’ll be here for you as we transition over to Relevant Networks.
